Superior Filtration Technology
This is the last oil filter you’ll ever need to buy. Crafted from laser-cut, medical-grade 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, our filter provides 200% more filter area compared to many traditional filters. The 35-micron absolute rating (one-pass test) ensures superior protection, capturing particles that are three times smaller than typical paper or brass filters. Yes, it traps particles less than 35 micron as well.
Unlike glued paper filters, the FLO Oil Filter’s welded pleat seam ensures long-lasting performance and can withstand temperatures of up to 600°F without losing filtration capacity.
Why Choose Our Oil Filter?
High-Performance Filtration
-
35 Micron Absolute Rating: Filters down to 35 microns “absolute” (one pass test), ensuring better filtration and protection for your engine.
-
Stainless Steel Durability: Made from medical-grade stainless steel, this filter can handle high temperatures and pressures without degradation.
-
Increased Filter Area: The design provides up to 200% more filter area, ensuring better oil flow and improved engine protection.
Consistent Flow Under All Conditions
Our filter maintains a consistent flow rate in even the harshest conditions, including extreme heat, cold starts, and the presence of water—conditions where traditional paper filters often fail. With paper filters, flow can degrade so much that the bypass valve may open, allowing unfiltered oil to pass through and into the engine.
Race-Approved Technology
The same high-tech filtration used in NASCAR, Indy cars, Formula 1, and the Aerospace industry ensures your engine stays protected even in the toughest conditions.
Eco-Friendly
By choosing our reusable filter, you’re helping to reduce the environmental impact by keeping used filters out of landfills. It’s a sustainable choice that saves you money in the long run!
Cleaning Instructions:
To ensure optimal performance, clean the filter at each oil change:
-
Note the Original Filter Position: Mark the filter’s position before removal to ensure correct reinstallation.
-
Clean the Filter: Use solvents, contact cleaner, kerosene, or dish soap to clean the filter thoroughly. Any degreasing agent will work.
-
Blow Air Through the Filter: After cleaning, blow air through the filter from the inside out to remove any remaining particles or cleaning agents.
-
Lubricate the Rubber Parts: Before reinstallation, apply clean oil to the rubber components to ensure a proper seal and prevent wear.
