Pays for Itself: Long-term savings by reducing the need for replacement filters.
Superior Filtration Technology
This should be the last oil filter you’ll ever buy! Constructed from laser-cut, medical-grade 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, the FLO Oil Filter provides up to 200% more filter area in many cases. Our stainless steel filter catches particles down to 35 microns (absolute rating, one-pass test), which is about three times better than typical paper or brass filters.
Unlike glued paper filters, the FLO Oil Filter’s pleat seam is welded, ensuring it can withstand temperatures up to 600°F.
Consistent Flow Under All Conditions
The FLO Oil Filter maintains a consistent flow even under extreme conditions, such as high heat, water presence, or cold starts. Paper filters often fail in these conditions, which can cause the bypass valve to open and allow unfiltered oil to enter your engine. The FLO Oil Filter prevents this, providing reliable engine protection in all conditions.
This advanced filter technology is widely used in auto racing (NASCAR, Indy-type cars, and Formula 1) and the aerospace industry, where filtration is critical for high-performance machinery.
Environmental Benefits
In addition to its superior performance, the FLO Oil Filter helps reduce waste by preventing old, used filters from ending up in landfills, making it a more sustainable option.
Cleaning Instructions
-
Note the original filter position to ensure correct installation.
-
Clean the filter at each oil change using solvent, contact cleaner, kerosene, or any other degreasing agent—even common dish soap works.
-
Blow air through the filter from the inside out to remove any small particles or cleaning agents.
-
Lubricate rubber parts with clean oil before installation to ensure proper sealing.
